Our Company currently operates the following Social Enterprise schemes, employing local people with a range of disabilities; and providing opportunities of paid employment within the local community:
A community café at the Coach House in Barnes Park
Community restaurants in Silksworth & Washington
A community restaurant & shop in Hetton-Le-Hole
A mobile catering & buffet service - offering a range of high quality value for money cuisine across Sunderland and the North East
Beckwiths currently employs 44 people who have been enabled by the Company to move on to greater independence through their employment.
Our employees may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health needs and all work to provide restaurant, café and retail services across Sunderland.
